CharacterStation.com keeps the possibility of adapting or modifying at any time the general conditions of sale. In case of modification, the general conditions of sale will be in agreement with the day of the order for each one.
Article 2: Availability of products
Our products offers and prices are valid according with stocks availability.
Article en Pre-order:
The delivery date is posted on the product form on the website www.characterstation.com.
The pre-order gives you the possibility of buying and then to reserve your product in advance. You will pay it cheaper and you are certain to have it from its release.
Our suppliers can change at any time the date of release of the product and that it is why we cannot guarantee exactly the delivery date. All the products ordered with your article in pre-order will be also delivered at this date.
Article 3: Orders validation and electronic signature
Every order form signed by the consumer by " double click " establishes an irrevocable acceptance which can be questioned only in the limits planned in the general conditions of sale. The "double click" associated with the procedure of authentication and not rejection and with the protection of the integrity of messages constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature has value between the parts in the same way as a handwritten signature.

CharacterStation.com keeps the right to modify its prices at any time but will apply the price indicated at the date of your order, depending of the availability at this date.

Your order will be reserved during 7 days. After this deadline, without reception of your transfer, your order will be cancelled.
The order will only be treated after reception of your payment on our account.

CharacterStation does not have any account access, and does not keep them on its servers. That is why they are always asked in every new transaction on our site. The payment is made on the banking server secured by our partner PostFinance, No banking information concerning you is recorded on the website of CharacterStation.com. The credit card payment is perfectly secured; your order will be recorded and validated from the acceptance of the payment by the bank. Your order will be validated by our banking partner and the sum accorded with the order will be taken.
Clause of property reserve: products remain the property of CharacterStation.com until the complete collection of the order.
No-payment: CharacterStation keeps the right to refuse to make a delivery or to consider an order from a customer who would not have paid totally or partially a previous order or with whom there would be a problem of payment.
Article 6: Modalities of delivery and delivery deadlines

Expenses of preparation and expedition:

Europe: 12.50 CHF
USA: 19.00 CHF
The price includes all the expenses; however it is possible that the customs of your country take taxes of importation or others. These taxes are not under the responsibility of CharcterStation.com
Deadline of expedition: the orders are sent 3 days after reception of the payment.
The deadlines can be delayed of 48 hours if CharacterStation participate in an event.
Deadline of expedition: the indicated delivery deadlines are approximate, they can vary according to the country of destination, CharacterStation cannot be held responsible.

Modality of delivery: all parcels are delivered by the mail delivery services with signature.
Article 7: Responsibilities
In case of not delivery of an order or a part of an order, you have 1 month maximum (from the date of the departure of our warehouses) to protest. Beyond this deadline, we will not accept any complaint.
Article 8: Right of retraction
The consumer has a deadline of 7 working days from the delivery date of the order, to return any article not suiting him/her and to ask for the exchange or the refund, without penalty, with the exception of the return expenses.
Before returning the parcel, you must have received a code of confirmation.
The product will have to be return in good condition, in its original packing and not used.
In sales period: the sale articles on the website will not be taken back and exchanged.
Procedure of return:
You have a deadline of 7 days from the reception of your parcel to communicate our customer services your wish to return the product and a deadline of 15 days to return the product.
To make a return:
A request to our customer services must be made to attribute you a number of return.

- In case of a retraction you will pay the return expenses
- Return expenses for a product declared not ok or defective in the delivery, will be paid by CharacterStation.com basing itself on the method of dispatch of origin. If 9.50 CHF of preparation and expedition expenses are mentioned on your invoice, they will also be paid by CharacterStation.com
- The right of return will be only accept for the complete products, in their original state, with a copy of the purchase invoice and a picture joining all the products of the order. Incomplete and damaged returned articles or made dirty by the customer will not be accepted and taken back.
- After receiving and validating the return of the parcel, we will make an exchange, a credit note or a refund with a deadline of 10 days according to your choice.
