Terms and Conditions of Sale

(T&Cs – CharacterStation.com)

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on the website www.characterstation.com, operated by Mazzei, CharacterStation.com, a sole proprietorship registered in Geneva under business ID CHE-114.935.699.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By placing an order on our website, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.
CharacterStation.com may update these Terms at any time. The version applicable is the one valid on the date of purchase.

2. Products and Availability

All products are offered subject to availability.
Pre-orders allow customers to reserve items before their official release. Release dates are estimated based on information provided by the manufacturer and may change without prior notice.
Orders containing pre-ordered items will be shipped in a single parcel, once all items are available.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT included where applicable.
Prices may be modified at any time, however the price applied is the one shown at checkout when the order is confirmed.
Shipping fees apply unless free shipping conditions are met, as detailed below.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• TWINT

• Credit cards / Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express…)

• Klarna (installment payments according to provider terms)

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

• In-store payment (card or cash)

Payments are processed securely via encrypted SSL/TLS systems.
By selecting TWINT, Stripe, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay, the customer agrees to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policies of these providers.

5. Retention of Ownership

Products remain the property of CharacterStation.com until full payment has been received.

6. Shipping

🇨🇭 Domestic Shipping (Switzerland)

Orders are shipped via Swiss Post.

➡ Free Economy shipping (without signature) for all orders from CHF 50.–

Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days.
For shipments without signature, the customer assumes full responsibility for
loss, theft, or damage once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

🌍 International Shipping

Priority shipping with signature and insurance via Swiss Post.
Rates start from CHF 21.–, depending on:

• Destination country

• Total weight

• Value of the items

Any import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

🚚 Order Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delays caused by the carrier do not entitle the customer to compensation.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

The customer has 7 days to request a return and 15 days to ship the product back once approved.
A 10% handling fee may apply.

Non-returnable items:

• Sale / clearance products

• Purchases made at fairs, conventions, or temporary stands

• Opened or unsealed products that can no longer be sold as new

Returned products must be complete, unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
