Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.characterstation.com, operated by Mazzei, CharacterStation.com, a sole proprietorship registered in Geneva under UID CHE-114.935.699.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By placing an order, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. CharacterStation.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The version applicable is the one in effect at the time of your order.

2. Products and Availability

All products are offered while stocks last. Preorders allow you to reserve items in advance, often at a lower price. The release date is indicative and may change. If your order includes a preorder item, the entire order will be shipped together when that item is available.

3. Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the applicable price is the one shown at the time of order confirmation.

4. Payment

Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, TWINT, PostFinance, or other available options. All payment data is securely handled via SSL/TLS protocols and never stored by CharacterStation.com.

TWINT / Stripe Clause

By choosing payment via TWINT or credit card (processed by Stripe), you also agree to their terms of service and privacy policy.

5. Retention of Ownership

Products remain the property of CharacterStation.com until full payment is received.

6. Shipping

  • Switzerland: 3 business days (Swiss Post, with signature) – CHF 9.50
  • Europe: 7 to 15 days – CHF 25.00
  • USA: 12 to 20 days – CHF 29.00

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. CharacterStation is not responsible for delays. Orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment is received.

7. Return / Right of Withdrawal

You have 7 days to request a return, and 15 days to send the item back. A 10% handling fee may apply. Discounted or event purchases are non-returnable. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Please contact info@characterstation.com to request a return authorization.
